Welcome to the EpicWin Lord of the Rings Quiz. This is a quiz that many of the Epicwin crew have been itching to create. Well, it’s finally here thanks to our team member Josh with his geeky lord of the rings knowledge. The Lord of the rings films series was first launched in 2001 with the Fellowship of the Ring film.
This was then followed by The Two Towers and The Return of the King. The lord of the rings books were first published in 1988. This Lord of the Rings quiz is aimed at people who have watched the films. You will have to try and remember quite a few things that you saw in the films. A modern fantasy masterpiece written by English novelist and academic J. R. R. This is truly on the list of greatest novels of all time, at over 150 million units worldwide, its written in phases from 1937 and 1949.
An additional feature of the Lord of the Rings series is that there is a film series that bears the same name. It is a trilogy of epic fantasy action films based on the books published by J. R. R. Tolkien, produced by Peter Jackson. Towers came out in 2002, and The Return of the King in 2003. It is an international collaboration involving New Zealand and the United States in which the film is released and produced.
Many actors from Hollywood’s A-list (John Rhys-Davies, Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving, Orlando Bloom, and Sean Bean) co-star in the film, which incorporates well-known scenes from previous Lord of the Rings films as well as new scenes from this adventure. Following Frodo Baggins as he and the Fellowship begin on a mission to destroy the One Ring. The film series chronicle the adventures of the young hobbit as he sets out to kill the Evil Lord Sauron. When the Fellowship ultimately breaks up, Frodo, accompanied by Sam and Gollum, proceeds on his journey. From October 1999 to December 2000, the 3 films were filmed concurrently and fully in Jackson’s home New Zealand, with pick-up shots filmed throughout the period 2001 to 2004. This project had a price of $281 million, making it one of the most expensive and demanding films ever made. The first film in the series, which was also the first film in the franchise, debuted at the Odeon Leicester Square in London in 2001; the second film premiered at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City on December 2002, and the third film in the franchise premiered at the Embassy Cinema in Wellington in 2003. Every film was given an expanded version available on home video the following year.
